
The project aims to build Liberian public administration capacity to design better governance structures and service delivery. Especially the project is designed to support the on-going Civil Service Reform (CSR) and complement the support provided by other international partners by tailoring a simple governance planning tool for Liberian government. Within the project, CMI and the Civil Service Agency (CSA) of Liberia, jointly tailor an analytical methodology - Governance Architecture methodology - to respond to the needs of the Liberian context. The tool is designed to apply in mapping complex landscape of the administration - mandates and processes, overlaps, synergies and priorities - jointly with the Liberian government officials.
