Ville Brummer - Head, Research & Development

Ville Brummer has specialized in participatory foresight and decision support methodologies. His research interests include methodological aspects of futures studies on security research.He is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of participatory activities.

Previously Ville Brummer has worked as a Researcher in the Systems Analysis Laboratory in Helsinki University of Technology (TKK) and during the last years he has acted as a researcher and project manager in several large scale foresight studies and strategic decision support activities.

Ville Brummer holds a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering (2005) from Helsinki University of Technology, where he is now finalizing also his doctoral studies. He has published several articles in the peer-reviewed scientific journals such as Technological Forecasting & Social Change, International Journal of Technology Management and Technology Analysis and Strategic Management.
